Rounding out Dessoff’s 100th Anniversary season is Verdi’s Requiem, presented in collaboration with Trinity Church. The performances will take place on Thursday, May 1, 2025 at 7:00 pm and Friday, May 2, 2025 at 7:00 pm at Trinity Church Wall Street. Music Director Malcolm J. Merriweather will conduct the Dessoff Choirs, Trinity Choir, Downtown Voices, and NOVUS. In addition to Verdi's Requiem, this performance will include the world premiere of a new choral work by Tania León, commissioned in honor of Dessoff’s centenary.
Both performances are sold out, but additional tickets may be available on the standby line the day of the show. You can view the Friday, May 2 performance via livestream on Trinity’s YouTube channel.
